In an effort to help raise awareness for our Toys for Tots campaign~ OMMS faculty and students could dress up in outfits like different toys and wear them school for $1, all money donated went to Toys for Tots program ❣️⬅️❣️⬅️❤️❤️☺️🙌💙

Toys for Tots drive has been extended to December 6th to ensure we are able to donate our max amount to this amazing program! Over the Thanksgiving holiday ~ if you are able to donate or pick up a new toy to donate upon school return - please do! All toy donations can be given to your students first period teacher until December 6th. GOOM and thank you ‼️❣️❣️🙏🙌☺️

Thank you to our faculty, students , teachers and OMMS PTO for helping make the day perfect. One Team ~ One Dream !🦅

Our 8th grade art students have been studying pottery. This past week they were able to go on a field trip to Earthbound Studios and make their own pottery 🩵❤️🩵❤️💪⬅️🙌🙌⬅️⬅️. Such a great hands on and engaging experience 👏🎉. And what a talented and well behaved group of young people representing OMMS. Thanks for taking them Mrs. Tolbert 💪⬅️⬅️⬅️🎉🎉🎉🎉

We are thankful for such an incredible OMMS PTO program and OMMS parents for providing not only an amazing lunch ~ but a duty free lunch for our teachers ❤️🙌❤️🙌⬅️☺️🍁🦃🍁🦃.

🎉🧬 7th Grade Strawberry DNA Extraction Adventure! 🍓🔬
Our brilliant students got hands-on with science in Mrs. Gilmore's 7th grade class with Strawberry DNA Extractions! Students used lysis solution to break cell membranes, built filters, precipitated with isopropyl alcohol, and spooled the DNA fibers. What did they listen to while filtering? What else but Strawberry Fields?! 🎶🍓
The GOOM snack cart will be out and about during Fun Friday clubs! Bring your money and grab some chips, candy, or a cold drink! Proceeds support our amazing PBIS school store! A portion of tomorrow's proceeds will benefit Toys for Tots! ❤️🎅🏽💙
