🎉🧬 7th Grade Strawberry DNA Extraction Adventure! 🍓🔬
Our brilliant students got hands-on with science in Mrs. Gilmore's 7th grade class with Strawberry DNA Extractions! Students used lysis solution to break cell membranes, built filters, precipitated with isopropyl alcohol, and spooled the DNA fibers. What did they listen to while filtering? What else but Strawberry Fields?! 🎶🍓
The GOOM snack cart will be out and about during Fun Friday clubs! Bring your money and grab some chips, candy, or a cold drink! Proceeds support our amazing PBIS school store! A portion of tomorrow's proceeds will benefit Toys for Tots! ❤️🎅🏽💙

Christmas Bizarre: For a Great Cause 💪❤️
Belle Casey, your Miss Oak Mountain's Teen, is hosting a Christmas Bazaar, Sunday, November 17th, from 1-4 pm at the Indian Springs Town Hall. There will be 14 vendors, food trucks, and great silent auction items. The proceeds for this event will be donated to the ALS Association Alabama Chapter.
