A strong team works together to successfully reach a goal. Teamwork means being able to manage conflict, collaborate, and share ideas within a group. Helen Keller says, “Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.” Teamwork makes the dream work!

Thank you to Calera High School for inviting CTEC to their Open House. We had a wonderful time interacting with the students, parents, and other members of the community. Go Eagles!

Your future employers are looking for leaders. Good leaders have the ability to influence and guide others in a positive way. Maxwell says, “A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.” Be a positive leader with the people you interact with every day.
