• to help educate students into becoming skilled information users

• to help support the creation of life-long learners by teaching information literacy skills

• to provide a warm welcoming environment that encourages the working and learning of all our students

Shelby County Schools is excited to announce Sora, a digital platform offering students access to eBooks and audiobooks. With Sora, students are able to explore a wide range of engaging, educational materials curated specifically for their grade levels by SCS librarians. Students have access to Sora on their school-issued devices via Clever. Shelby County Schools' Sora accounts are not associated with digital resources available through the public library system.
