Principal

Ms. Bahr has over 15 years of experience in public education. She previously served as the Assistant Principal at both Helena Middle and Helena High School. Bahr earned a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Secondary Education at the University of Alabama and earned a Master’s degree in Instructional Leadership at the University of Montevallo.

Assistant Principal

Steve Bromley is the husband to his lovely wife, Elizabeth, and father to his wonderful son, Easton. Mr. Bromley has over 21 years of experience in education as a teacher, coach, and administrator. He attended Pinson Valley High School in Pinson, Alabama where he excelled as a student and three-sport athlete. He graduated with postsecondary degrees from the University of Alabama with his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and then later his Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University. In his spare time, Mr. Bromley enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, and traveling. Mr. Bromley takes pride in being an optimistic person and a servant leader.

Assistant Principal

Mr. Lemen has over ten years of experience in education and most recently served as the Assistant Principal at Moody High School. He previously served as Assistant Principal at Montevallo Elementary School during the 2022-23 school year.

Assistant Principal

Mr. Massey has served over 12 years with Shelby County Schools, including as a teacher and department chair at Helena High. He most recently served as an administrative assistant at Chelsea High.
