Shelby County Journal of Literary Arts
Through the combined efforts of many students, teachers, and Literary Magazine School Representatives, each year a system-wide Literary Magazine of short stories, essays, and poetry is assembled. At each school, a Literary Magazine School Representative chairs a committee that selects entries to be considered for the system publication. The entries are then anonymously judged by a committee of all the school representatives from each elementary, middle, and high school in the system and selected for the county publication.
