Mrs. Tidmore has been an educator for over 29 years. She received both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Samford University, and later, she returned to Samford to complete her Educational Administration certification.
In 1986, Mrs. Tidmore began teaching kindergarten at Inverness Elementary, then, she taught first and second grades at Shelby Elementary. Mrs. Tidmore enjoyed 17 years at Elvin Hill Elementary where she taught second, third, fourth, and fifth grades. She served almost five years as the assistant principal of Wilsonville Elementary. In March of 2013, Mrs. Tidmore became the principal of WES. She is thrilled to serve the students, staff, parents, and the community of Wilsonville.
Mrs. Tidmore has lived in the Columbiana community for over 30 years. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe, and her children, Marlena (Cory, and grandchildren Aly, Greylan and Laken), Joseph, and Jacob.

Dr. Kearley has served Shelby County Schools since 2001 as an administrator, library media specialist, and classroom teacher. He has a bachelor's degree in early childhood and elementary education from the University of Montevallo, a master's degree in school library media from Jacksonville State University, an Ed.S. in educational administration from the University of Montevallo, and a doctorate in school leadership from Samford University. Dr. Kearley is also a National Board Certified Teacher.
Dr. Kearley lives in Columbiana with his wife Christy and his sons Max and Dave. He enjoys traveling and running half-marathons with his family.
