Ms. Byrne began her teaching career at Vincent Elementary School and has over 20 years of experience in public education. She served as the Assistant Principal at Elvin Hill Elementary School for 11 years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Auburn University, a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, an Educational Specialist degree from Samford University, and is a National Board Certified teacher.
Dr. Kearley has served Shelby County Schools since 2001 as an administrator, library media specialist, and classroom teacher. He has a bachelor's degree in early childhood and elementary education from the University of Montevallo, a master's degree in school library media from Jacksonville State University, an Ed.S. in educational administration from the University of Montevallo, and a doctorate in school leadership from Samford University. Dr. Kearley is also a National Board Certified Teacher.
Dr. Kearley lives in Columbiana with his wife Christy and his sons Max and Dave. He enjoys traveling and running half-marathons with his family.
