Dr. Allison Campbell is so excited to be the principal at MES! Prior to entering administration, she taught 4th grade for four years at Vincent Elementary and then transferred to Columbiana Middle where she taught 6th grade for four years as well. Dr. Campbell received a B.S. in Elementary Education from University of Montevallo. She also received a Masters and Education Specialist degree in Education Administration from the University of Montevallo. Dr. Campbell completed an Education Doctorate from Samford University in December 2009.
She is proud to be a product of the Shelby County School System where she attended Shelby County High School and feels blessed to have been given the opportunity to work for our exemplary school system.
Dr. Campbell is married to Luke Campbell and they have a son, Matthew.
Dr. Campbell firmly believes that with a positive attitude and strong work ethic – anything is possible!
Ms. Montgomery has over eleven years of experience in elementary education. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work, a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education and certification in Instructional Leadership from the University of Montevallo. She also has an Educational Specialist degree in Elementary Education from the University of West Alabama.
Ms. Montgomery is a product of the Shelby County school system and currently resides in Calera. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and watching football. War Eagle!
Ms. Montgomery is honored to have the opportunity to serve in this position. She is excited about working with all of the students, teachers, staff, parents, and others in the Montevallo community.
It is her belief that every child has the potential to attain greatness.
