Office Information

Melissa Rasco, our secretary, and several parent volunteers are always happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. Here are a few reminders to help keep the process running smoothly:

REMEMBER!

The front office is open from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Ms. Rasco and/or parent volunteers will be available at these times to answer phone calls.

Everyone visiting our school MUST sign in upon arriving. Your child's safety is our number one priority. Please respect our efforts to do so. *When leaving, please sign out and return your sticker.

If you are coming to eat lunch with your child, please sign in through the office and wait for your child in the office. This will help protect instruction. After finishing lunch, please do NOT return to the classroom with your child. Instructional time is very important to us here at Chelsea Park Elementary.

When checking your child out, be prepared to show your Driver's License. Again, this ensures the safety of your child.

If your child is absent, a written excuse must be submitted to either our registrar, Kristy Archer, or your child's teacher within three (3) days of the absence.
